Plaintiff sued for extortion, loss of corporate opportunity and fraud. The trial court sustained Defendant Rehermans motion to dismiss and summary judgment was granted to Defendant Higgins. Because we find that the plaintiffs petition establishes the illegality of the transaction sued upon, we affirm the trial court.
